- Their dates block out here. In your other booking system, find the option to share or export your calendar as an iCal link (it ends in
.ics). Paste that link into Calendar sync in your campsite control panel, and our site treats those dates as taken. - Our bookings show there. Copy your private Family Camping Club calendar link and add it to your other system as an external or subscribed calendar. Bookings made through the club appear in it.
- It keeps itself up to date. Both calendars refresh automatically, about every 15 minutes.
The link shares dates only, never guest names, emails or prices. It is private to you and you can replace it at any time. It works with any system that can import or export an iCal calendar, including Anytime Booking, Gemma Park (which gives one calendar link per pitch, and we have a step-by-step guide), Google Calendar, Outlook and many others. Cottages and holiday homes each get their own calendar link too.

A Family Camping Club rally is a meet-up weekend, or longer, at your campsite for camping families. You choose the dates, capacity and what is on. Listing and hosting are free. Rallies appear on the public Rallies page and you manage them from your own My Rallies page.
Is my campsite listing checked before it goes live?
Yes. Family Camping Club looks at every new listing before it goes live, usually within a couple of days.
How long does it take to list a campsite on Family Camping Club?
Signing up takes about five minutes. Add your details, choose your discount and create your login, and your listing is then checked and published.
